Blobs of practice

A couple of scarfblobs based off of this persons animal world creation.

Some random digital practice. Just some quick stuff to try to work on my strokes and digital penmanship.

Just mostly playing around with layouts here as the piece is clearly unfinished and needs much work. But I like the way it all fits together myself. I have other ideas I'd like to use the frame for so I may try to eventually get to those instead of going anywhere with this.

Angry birds and Charlie Brown

I was greatly inspired by this piece while doodling: http://weidel.deviantart.com/art/Be-My-Valentine-Charlie-Brown-349429784. I have to admit, Charlie Brown was never my first go to cartoon as a kid, he was a bit before my time really, but as I've gotten older, I've really enjoyed seeing it more. So while it's not quite Valentine's day yet, I thought it would be fun to share this with you guys early. :)

I wanted to practice more with this latest technique of what looks like digital 'painting', I suppose, so I decided to try drawing some angry birds and pigs. I didn't have reference pics for them all at the time, so they're not all here, but thought I would share the few I did with you guys.

Some painting practice and trying to figure out some brushes for a project. Am really pleased with how some of these turned out though.
