Busy Busy BUSY :S

Sorry I've been MIA for the past few weeks.  Work and life in general
     has just been crazy lately.  And it doesn't look like that will be about
     to change anytime soon, especially since we made the kickstarter
     goal for the third, Jack the Kitten is Very Sleepy book.  So much
     to do!  Anyhoo, I thought I'd stop in here for a bit and share some
     older things with you guys, since I haven't created anything much
     in weeks.

This is sort of some kind of work in progress? I haven't decided yet. I'm thinking about doing it like 3d ish, like it's a shadow box? That was the intention anyway. Need to sketch out some ideas of what to add to it.

An angry bird's piggy has somehow made his way to my page for the holidays. And it looks like the birds have decided he'd make a good caramel sucker. XD No idea where this thought came from, but I hope you enjoy it. Created in Paint Tool SAI.

Several things to share....

Have quite a bit to share with you guys today. Hopefully it will be worth the overload. :)

First, this is a little piece I created from the Rudolph the Red nosed Reindeer classic. If you haven't seen it, you should. It's adorable, even as old as it is. The first layout is my original idea and then, based on a comment from this lovely lady on another one of my pieces, I decided to try it on as a digital ornament as well, which I really liked. :D

This piece I added to my Society6 page. Just something random. :) Been playing around with the 3 dimensional look though, which I really like. Also have some pictures of just the two characters in the piece. They're really the best part of the whole thing. ;)

And finally, because I'm a bit random, I found out yesterday that today is National Button day. And if you know me, you know that I LOVE buttons(Which you can almost glimpse here and here)! So I just had to come up with something new to share. I started out with just the buttons and then thought they'd look better on a pin cushion sort of thing instead. :) Either way, happy National button day1 XD And if you decided to celebrate, feel free to post the link so we can all celebrate with you! *Oh, and don't worry, no mooses were harmed in the making of this piece. (I'd like to redo this so that the moose is actually wearing this as a halloween costume. Mooses have a sense of humor after all you know. ;D) I guess we'll see if I ever get a chance to work on it some more. You guys probably know I'm terrible at revisiting old work.
